Returns


You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.


To be eligible for a return, the item must:


- Be unworn and unused.

- Be in its original condition.

- Be returned in the original shoe box and packaging.

- Include proof of purchase or order number.


Items returned without their original packaging or showing signs of wear may not qualify for a refund or exchange.


Change of Mind Returns


If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind:


- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

- The item must meet the return conditions listed above.


Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items


If you receive:


- The wrong item,

- A damaged item, or

- A defective item,


please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.


Once verified, SkyKicks will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.


Refunds


After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.


Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where possible.


Please note that banking processing times may vary.


Exchanges


We offer exchanges for:


- Different sizes (subject to availability).

- Defective products.

- Incorrect items received.


Customers may be responsible for shipping costs on size exchanges unless the error was made by SkyKicks.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items cannot be returned:


- Worn or used footwear.

- Items damaged through misuse.

- Products returned without original packaging.

- Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective).
